What to include

For a wrong or missing place, give the page address and what should change.

For a bin day lookup, give the council and the first part of the postcode, eg S10. Only send a full address if you are happy for it to be used to test the lookup.

Questions for your council

Missed collections, new bins, bulky waste and fly tipping go to your council. Binmap has no access to council services.

What happens to your message

Your message and email address are sent to the operator by email. They are used only to deal with what you raised. The privacy notice says how long they are kept.
